Components of C/U Channel Roll Forming Machine
This channel forming machinery consists of uncoiler (decoiler), feeding and straightening device, roll forming unit and rear cutting device.

There is a pressing arm on uncoiler to prevent coil from loosing.

C/U channel roll forming machine is equipped with a reasonable straightening device to ensure the finished channels without twisting or sideways bending.

The shovel head device of this channel forming machinery will help to send coil sheets into the straightening device.

For safety reasons, the whole process is operated by electronic controller rather than hand.
